Ex-NFL cheerleader to testify at her sex abuse trial

Sarah Jones, a former Cincinnati Bengals cheerleader was indicted for allegedly having a sexual relationship with a high school student when Jones was a teacher.She pleaded not guilty to sex abuse charges on April 2, 2012. Jones' alleged sexual relationship between her and the high school student took place between Oct. 1 and Dec. 31, 2011. Citing personal reasons, Jones resigned Nov. 29 from Dixie Heights High School, where she taught freshman English for about five years. Jones' lawyer said she denies the allegations. Jones and her mother, Cheryl Jones, plan to testify at the trial scheduled for October.
