Weather in Belarus sets new records.

Half of monthly precipitation in a day. Over 25 cm of snow fell in Minsk. Over 370 units of machinery were launched to the streets at night. Meanwhile the situation in yards is still critical. Street cleaners did not even try to remove the snow waiting for the blizzard to end. The weather service predicts that the blizzards are going to finish this week. Yet, frosts are going to get more severe tonight as, as it often occurs on Epiphany. The temperature will range between -8 and -20. Beware of ice on the roads.
