CFJAX: THE HOT BOX: PRIMAL CHALLENGE RE-TEST

CONGRATULATIONS! Our 30-day challenge is over, so now what?? Some have noticed drastic improvements with our health to include body fat loss, improved blood pressure and resting heart rate, minimization or elimination of nagging and recurring minor daily disorders such as migraine headaches, improved complexion, uninterrupted deep sleep and a better sense of overall well-being.? Some have improved their fitness capacity by quantifiable increase in strength, decreased times in metabolic conditioning workouts and an overall general ?ready state? with our bodies.

But now what?

Do I chalk it up as just 30 days that have come and gone that's proven itself with favorable adaptation?? Do I treat it like a check in the box and resort back to my way of life before the challenge started?? Or was the past 30 days a life changing moment that you can?t even fathom thinking about resorting back to that previous lifestyle?

It?s easy having the mindset that you owe yourself something for the sacrifice and hard work it took to complete this 30 day challenge.? After all, we are in the business of working so that we have a return on that investment.? We bust our butts in the workouts so that we get the results we want.? We gave up eating and drinking those food items that would hinder our progress in both health and fitness.? And we did so with hopes of getting those results.? You deserve to treat yourself to a ?vacation? of sorts and a break with a reprieve of a cheat meal.? Some of you might even indulge in having all the ice cream, sweets, pizza and whatever it was that you deprived yourself of the past 30 days.? And by all means, you deserve it.? But how much is too much?

We hope that you have come to realize how important proper nutrition is to your health.? What drove us and motivated us to do what we did the past 30 days, was mainly for short-term goals.? But you need to understand that in the long-term, you have proven that you can do what it takes to minimize your chances of being diagnosed with debilitating disease and serious health disorders that is affecting the majority of society.? You have delayed, if not eliminated the onset of diabetes, obesity, coronary heart disease and high blood pressure.? You?ve introduced your body to a way of eating that minimizes your chances of having auto-immune conditions such as multiple sclerosis, cancer, Alzheimer?s, infertility disorders and the like.

You don?t necessarily have to be as strict as you?ve been the past 30 days to continue to maintain your current health status.? But 80% of dialing in your food and drink choices will still provide most of the benefit, hence the 80/20 principle.? We still encourage having a normalcy about your lives and enjoying that office party, family reunion, relative?s birthday celebration etc.? Just remember that having excess in any one direction of this equation is not the balance we are striving for.? Keep in mind that the one hour you spend inside the box, cultivating your fitness on a physical level, is just that - one hour.? You have 23 hours in that day to screw up that one hour you worked so hard for.? It doesn?t take long to do that either...a small cheat snack here and there...missed workouts by the day and week...it all adds up over time.? We?re not trying to scare you (OK...maybe a little lol).? But we just want you to find YOUR balance and what is right for you in your life.

So, the short of the long is this:? you have proven to yourselves that you can give up those things that hinder your health and fitness.? You know the short-term results and effects of this positive life change.? You are aware of the long-term benefits associated with it.? ?Live long and prosper? by continuing to implement these lifestyle changes so that you can further improve your life...you never know...you might even make a change in someone else?s life!

Please share with us your experiences from the past 30 days.? How much weight did you lose?? Dress size?? Pant size?? Did you get stronger...fitter?? Explain.? What did you miss eating the most?? For that matter, what is it that you can?t wait to get in your mouth lol?? How important is it to maintain those results you?ve worked so hard to get?? Leave your comments by clicking on the link below.? We can all learn from each other.? Again, congratulations on finishing the challenge.? We are all proud of you!
