E commerce refers to online transactions ? buying and selling of goods and services over the Internet involving transaction of monetary nature.

In literal meaning words Commerce and Business don?t differ much in English dictionary. These two words are written and meant to describe organizations carrying out businesses. The difference between eCommerce and eBusiness is artificial and necessarily covers electronically transactions or information?s.
