Easytruck named best transportation and logistics company at SME ...

Founded by Chris and Natalie Humphrey in 2009, Easytruck is a moving and storage company with a difference.

Its mission is to provide easy, affordable and stress free moving and managed storage services, by employing a customer focused approach ('only pay for what you use'), the most effective processes in the market, top notch customer service, and offering clean, secure storage warehouses conveniently located in the heart of Dubai.

Commenting on this remarkable achievement, Chris Humphrey, said, "We are extremely proud to have been selected as a winner of this prestigious award. We believe this award is in recognition of our company's ethos: we are passionate about our business and we always seek to innovate and provide the best possible moving and storage services in the market."

"We are also passionate about customer service and this truly differentiates us from other companies. Our customers know they can entrust us with anything from moving a five bedroom villa before the sun sets, to storing their property safely and cost effectively. Getting this award will only drive us to continue to work even harder to build on our capabilities and customer care," added Humphrey.

"We are a small company that has come a long way in less than three years of operations in what is a highly competitive and cluttered market. This award is a tribute to the energy, perseverance and dedication that our team has demonstrated every day. We are very fortunate to have built a team of hard working people who share the same passion for our business and have helped make Easytruck a success," concluded Natalie Humphrey.

Easytruck established its local presence in Dubai with the help of DED set-up specialist VZHQ, a sister company to Virtuzone, who also clinched an award in its category.

Shortly after that, requiring additional warehouse space, Easytruck was supported by an investment from Virtuvest, an initiative by Virtugroup that provides promising start-ups from its community access to the resources they need to grow.

About 150 companies across the GCC attended the SME Advisor Stars of Business Awards, the glittering event that honours start-ups and small businesses for delivering innovative solutions that directly address customer and market needs, while encouraging the development of small businesses and promoting best practice regionally.
