Post image for Pastapalooza: Cobb & Rotini Pasta Salad Recipe {Giveaway}

When it come Summer cooking, I want fun, easy dishes that do not include hours near a hot stove. One dish that often pops into my mind as perfect for the Summer is pasta salad.

Now, you may not think of Cobb salad as a main dish but it was almost always what was served for Sunday lunch when I was in my teens and 20?s.? Sometimes there were veggies included that one may not consider ?standard? as my Mom often tossed on any veggies left in bits and pieces in the Tupperware.

I added a slight twist by omitting the lettuce and using Dreamfields rotini pasta instead. I also added kidney beans and fresh herbs from the garden but not until after I took the photos. It was a big hit with the family as most kids would take pasta over lettuce any day.
