Prince William and Kate Middleton could be the harbingers of successful royal marriages, believes Reverend Dr. John Hall, the Dean of Westminster Abbey, who performed the ceremonies at the recent Royal Wedding.

Hall is confident that the devoted couple will end the run of bad royal marriages, which includes Williams' parents Prince Charles and Princess Diana and his Uncle Andrew and Aunt Anne.

Hall gained the conviction that this marriage will last 'forever' after spending time with the newlyweds when they were discussing the wedding of the year.

"I'm very hopeful that this is an absolutely devoted couple. What I saw was the fruits of their years, I think, of knowing and developing a love for each other, their knowledge of each other, of their maturity," Contactmusic quoted him as saying.

"My sense... is that this couple will be together 'til death... They're a remarkable couple," he added.
