What is women's gymnastics?

There are many different types of exercises, such as: artistic, women's men's artistic, acrobatic, rhythmic, trampoline, fall, and group. But the women's artistic gymnastics is the most common form. Gymnastics is a sport, very fun and competitive, which is known and practiced all over the world. People to participate in gymnastics and gymnasts are called.

Women ArtGymnastics> consists of four events: uneven bars, beam, free body, swing and table. On each of these events gymnasts have a routine time. Each competitive gymnast gets a chance to perform any routine, with the exception of the past. On the vault, the gymnast receives two ways to assign the judges with the highest scoring twice.

Women's gymnastics includes children of all ages and abilities. There are certain categories of exercises tothe skill level of a child, not age. There are recreational gymnastics, her mother and me, preschool, kindergarten, beginner, intermediate and advanced students contains. Gymnastics absolutely necessary that the level is 1-6. There are also optional exercises that include the level of 7-10. The only thing that takes various gymnastics skills to good to be a gymnast. Gymnastics takes strength, flexibility,Coordination, balance, speed, strength, agility, endurance, control, etc. is not only a high level gymnastics to take physical skill, but also takes so much mental and psychological strength.

Gymnastics is different than any other sport. Gymnastics is not only a team sport, but it is also an individual sport. A team gymnastics team gets a point total at the three highest scores for each event.Turner will receive an individual evaluation, the score gives the total score of each gymnast on all four events. This means not only gymnasts compete different teams, but also against their own teammates.
